Apply for an Animal License

Animal licensing

Overview

All dogs over the age of six months must be licensed with the City of Centennial. Owners have 30 days from the date the dog is brought into the City to get a license. View the Municipal Code regarding animal licensing for more information.

They City has partnered with DocuPet to provide pet licensing services for Centennial residents. When you license your pet, you’ll receive a unique tag for their collar and gain access to HomeSafe® lost pet service.

Residents can choose a standard tag at no cost or upgrade to a stylish designer tag for a small fee. Both standard and designer tags can be personalized with your pet’s name and your phone number, and double as your pet’s official City of Centennial license.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
