Ordinance No. 2024-O-17 was adopted by City Council in December 2024 authorizing the use of the City’s official website for the posting of notices as required by the provisions of the City of Centennial Home Rule Charter. Legal notices posted here include notices of public hearings, proposed legislative actions and final legislative enactments.

Public comment will be allowed at the public hearing of the proposed item. For more information on the item, please visit the City’s meeting page.

Notice of Council adopted ordinance are published the following day after a council meeting. Any questions or inquiries can be directed to the City Clerk’s Office.

Notice of City Council Public Hearing:

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Centennial, Colorado will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. regarding Resolution No. 2025-R-13, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Centennial, Colorado, Amending the 2025 Budget and Approving Supplemental Appropriations for the Street, Open Space and Conservation Trust Funds. The public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado. Copies of Resolution No. 2025-R-13 are available for inspection by the public on this web page.

Interested parties may provide comment during the public hearing on April 1. Interested parties may file written comments with the City Clerk, at: cityclerks@centennialco.gov or via mail at: 13133 E. Arapahoe Road, Centennial, Colorado 80112, received by 1 p.m. on April 1, 2025. Any written comments received will be read into the record during the Public Hearing.

Notice of Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing:

Notice is Hereby Given that the City of Centennial Planning and Zoning Commission will Consider A Resolution Approving the Centennial Safety Action Plan.

The Planning and Zoning Commission (the “Commission”) will consider the Resolution at a public hearing on April 9th, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. regarding the adoption of the Centennial Safety Action Plan. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

The hearing will be held in City Council Chambers, Centennial Civic Center, 13133 E. Arapahoe Road Centennial, CO 80112 at the above noted time and date.

A public hearing, at which comments from the public are heard, occurs with the second reading of the ordinance. The full text of the ordinance, with any amendments, is again publicized on this website within three (3) business days after final passage of the ordinance. Ordinances become effective thirty (30) days after final publication on the City’s website (Section 2-1-110).
