Getting Ready for 2025!

The Community Improvement Grant Informational Sessions will be held on February 11 and 13 at 6:30 p.m. at the Centennial Public Works building (7272 S. Eagle St.) in the community conference room. Ryan Thompson, the Neighborhood Services Manager, will walk through the grant submittal process and talk with residents about their community improvement project ideas, discussing past successes and learning experiences, and answering questions.

2022 Recording

In 2022, the City did a similar training and recorded it. The training was an opportunity for residents to learn how to get funding for a larger-scale neighborhood improvement project. The 2022 training included:

  • Specific grant proposal requirements
  • Requirements for any contracted work
  • Who should be involved (i.e.: HOA, Civic Association, etc.)
  • Recommended proposal format
  • Potential City Departments that may need to provide professional support
