Memory Concerns: What is Normal Aging? - Thursday, May 16 | 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. - REGISTRATION FULL

Medical professionals will discuss normal changes in memory that occur with aging and the simple strategies used to assist with these changes. Led by a Speech Language Pathologist and Occupational Therapist with special training in memory and cognition, you will become more familiar with the signs and symptoms of memory changes that should be discussed with your physician. Lunch will be provided. This event will take place at Centennial Medical Plaza, 14100 E. Arapahoe Rd., Suite B-200, in Centennial.


Colorful Coloradans in Aerospace History - Thursday, June 13 | 2 - 3 p.m.

Colorado has been home to pioneers in every aspect of aviation and space exploration, from engineers and designers to executives and astronauts. These men and women have started airlines, set records, and created life-saving technologies like ejection seats and aerial ambulance service. Join us as we explore our state's rich aerospace legacy. Unconventional Women of the West - Thursday, June 27 |1:30 - 2:30 p.m.

In first-person living history, you will learn about the struggles and triumphs of five female leaders who helped shift statewide and national perceptions of women, moving them from the discrete margins of life into the forefront of our heritage. Join us for an informative afternoon learning about these Western pioneers with The Legendary Ladies. This event will take place at Koelbel Library, 5955 S. Holly St. in Centennial. Celtic Nations Musical Journey with the Kilted Man - Tuesday, July 16 | 2-3 p.m.

Scotland and Ireland have rich history, much of which has been captured in song and music. Come along with Matthew Gurnsey on a musical journey through some history of the six Celtic nations, Ireland (Éire), Scotland (Alba), the Isle of Man (Ellin Vannin), Wales (Cymru), Cornwall (Kernow), and Brittany (Breizh).
